In this way, we put our health in the background, failing to give due attention to some of the distress signals that our body shows.

We create habits and lifestyles that adapt to our busy lives.  Our food is being careless, so our whole body suffers.  Our intestine suffers the consequences, overloaded then begins to have trouble in evacuating, followed by other symptoms.  Our gut is our second brain, if we don’t take care, we will have a dull mind.  For this reason, I decided to learn more about how to take care of the intestine, I added it to my knowledge as Naturopath.
